Ethan’s Legacy of Love was created to provide resources for the medical, physical and grief recovery of bereaved parents in North Mississippi who have or will endure pregnancy and infant loss. Following the stillbirth of their son Ethan on June 13, 2019, Tupelo residents Maddin and Hank Hutto felt a calling to make something good come from Ethan’s brief life and to allow his legacy to live on by helping others. A fund was set up through the Health Care Foundation of North Mississippi for memorial contributions; the Huttos were humbly overwhelmed with the outpouring of support from their community. It is their hope to grow this fund and support the needs of NMMC Women’s Hospital with regards to bereaved families of pregnancy and infant loss. Join the Health Care Foundation in supporting Ethan’s Legacy of Love and make a difference in the lives of families going through unimaginable grief.
